Amid tensions with America, the Russian Interior Minister holds bilateral meetings in Cuba

Start Russian Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev Tuesday visited Cuba, where he will be held "Bilateral meetings"according to what the Russian Embassy announced in Havana, at a time when the United States is intensifying its pressure on the communist island.
