Amlak: Abdullah Al-Sudairi resigned from the position of managing director of the company

On February 5, the Board of Directors of Amlak International Finance Company agreed to accept the resignation of Abdullah Al-Sudairi from his position as managing director of the company, with the resignation taking effect starting March 7, 2026.

The company explained in a statement: "Saudi Arabia trading"Today, Sunday, Al-Sudairi resigned due to personal circumstances, confirming that he will continue in his position as a non-executive member of the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee and the Risk Committee.
