The padel tennis tournament is launched within the activities of the Ajman Government Sports Tournament 2026
Ajman, February 24 / WAM / The padel tennis tournament was launched yesterday evening, Monday, as part of the activities of the Ajman Government Sports Session 2026, amid wide participation from government institutions and departments.
The first day of the tournament witnessed strong matches, as the players were keen to perform at exceptional levels at the beginning of the competition.
The padel tennis tournament is part of a series of various tournaments included in the tournament this year, as part of the organizing committee’s keenness to diversify sports programs and create activities that meet employees’ interests and enhance their participation in physical and recreational activities.
The Supreme Organizing Committee confirmed that the tournament received a large turnout from government agencies, which reflects the success of the organizational efforts and early preparations that preceded the start of the competitions, in addition to the growing interest in modern sports that combine fun, competition and physical fitness.
She added that organizing the tournament contributes to enhancing the culture of sports as a way of life within the government work environment, and supports the values of cooperation and positive communication among employees, in addition to creating a healthy competitive atmosphere that enhances morale and institutional belonging.
