Saudi German Health Company’s profits will rise to 301.9 million riyals in 2025
Middle East Healthcare Company’s profits increased "Saudi German Health" In 2025, by 7% to 301.9 million riyals, compared to 282 million riyals in 2024.
According to the company’s statement on the website "Saudi Arabia trading"The reason for the increase in net profit during the current period compared to the same period of the previous year is due to the following:
1- Growth in the total number of inpatient and outpatient visits.
2- Expansion of the operating capacity of beds in a number of selected group facilities.
3- The exceptional contract that was awarded by the Ministry of Health to operate the second Mina Emergency Hospital during the 2025 Hajj season.
4- Decrease in financing expenses as a result of an improvement Financial leverage and low interest rates.
5- Achieving an exceptional capital gain of 114 million riyals from the sale of an unused plot of land in the city of Riyadh, compared to a capital gain of 19.6 million riyals from the sale of land registered during the previous year.
Dividend distribution
The Board of Directors of the Middle East Healthcare Company (Saudi German Healthcare), today, recommended distributing cash dividends to the company’s shareholders for the financial year ending on December 31. 2025 AD.
The company said: The total amount distributed is 46.02 million riyals, while the number of shares entitled to dividends is 92.04 million shares.
It added that the share of the distribution is 0.50 riyals, while the distribution ratio to the nominal value of the share is 5%.
The eligibility for distributions will be to the company’s shareholders who own the shares at the end of the day of the Ordinary General Assembly and who are registered in the register. The company’s shareholders at the Securities Depository Center (Tadawul) at the end of the second trading day following the date of the company’s general assembly.
It noted that the distribution date will be set later after the approval of the general assembly.
