The prestigious classification was based on a strict methodology based on polling the opinions of experts and doctors internationally, and analyzing clinical performance indicators to measure the accuracy of diagnosis and the efficiency of surgical operations and medical techniques.
Perhaps the most notable feature of the evaluation is the reliance on the results of the (PROMs) questionnaire, which It measures the quality of life from the perspective of the patient himself after receiving treatment, which reflects a qualitative shift in performance evaluation towards health care based on value and actual impact, in addition to excellence in patient experience and the application of strict safety and infection control protocols.

In confirmation of its institutional leadership, it was accredited as a reference hospital for responding to nuclear and radiological emergencies, and the first Saudi research facility to obtain HRPP accreditation, in addition to obtaining the gold level with first place honor in pharmacy excellence for the year 2025, the ISO 9001 certificate, and the accreditation of its laboratories from the College of American Pathologists (CAP).
