المملكة: In 7 languages… launching the interactive WhatsApp service to enhance the digital experience of the guests of God

The General Authority for the Affairs of The Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque announced the launch of a service "WhatsApp and chat Al-Haramain" As part of its modern technical system.

This step aims to enable visitors to access more than 40 diverse digital services via a unified interactive platform. The platform supports seven international languages, including Arabic, English, Urdu, Chinese, Turkish, French, and Malay, to ensure the comprehensiveness of the service for all visitors.

The service allows beneficiaries to choose the appropriate language immediately after entering the Al-Haramainor the designated WhatsApp number.

The platform displays a comprehensive list classified into multiple tracks, most notably ritual services, health, enrichment, and community services. This organization guarantees Umrah pilgrims and visitors direct access to the required service very quickly and without hassle.

Continuous immediate support

The Authority has provided the feature of direct support (Live Agents) through a specialized team working around the clock to answer inquiries.

The team provides immediate assistance in the seven approved languages, which contributes to overcoming obstacles and facilitating the journey of the pilgrims. This efficiency in responding is an essential foundation for enhancing the quality of communication between the Authority and the beneficiaries of its services.

Smart reporting system

The new platform includes an advanced reporting system that allows the beneficiary to raise any note regarding the services provided.

The user can continuously monitor the status of the report until it is finally closed and processed by the competent authorities.

This initiative comes within the authority’s ongoing efforts to employ smart solutions to enrich the religious and service experience in the Two Holy Mosques.
