The Head of State receives a phone call from the Prime Minister of Croatia, during which they discussed regional developments and Iranian attacks

Today, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, received a phone call from Andrej Plenkovic, Prime Minister of the Republic of Croatia, during which they discussed the military escalation taking place in the region and its dangerous repercussions on regional security and stability.

The Croatian Prime Minister expressed his condemnation of the blatant Iranian attacks targeting the UAE and a number of sister countries, stressing that they are a serious violation of the sovereignty of countries, international laws, and the United Nations Charter.

For his part, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan thanked, on behalf of His Excellency, Croatia’s position in support of the UAE.

The two sides called for an immediate halt to the military escalation in the region and a return to dialogue and the diplomatic track in a way that preserves regional peace and security.
