“Flynas” turns to a loss of 526.9 million riyals in 2025


Flynas turned into a loss in 2025 of 526.9 million riyals, compared to profits of 433.5 million riyals in 2024.

According to the company’s statement on the website "Saudi Arabia trading"After excluding non-recurring expenses related to the initial public offering in the fiscal year 2025 AD, which amounted to a total value of 1.083 billion riyals (consisting of the cost of a one-time payment to employees based on stock shares of 981.9 million riyals and fees related to the initial offering of 101.0 million riyals), the adjusted net profit amounted to 556 million riyals in the fiscal year 2025 AD, compared to 434 million riyals in the fiscal year 2024 AD.

The cost of revenues during the fiscal year 2025 increased by 4% to reach 6,361 million riyals compared to 6,087 million riyals in 2024, which is generally in line with revenue growth of 4%. Selling, marketing, general and administrative expenses also stabilized at the level of 510 million riyals during the year 2025, without change from the year 2024. Its aircraft are directly part of its long-term strategy to enhance unit cost efficiency.

As a result, adjusted net profit increased by 28% to reach 556 million Saudi riyals compared to 434 million riyals in 2024, and adjusted net profit margin improved to 7% compared to 6% in the previous year, mainly driven by fleet expansion, operational capacity growth, improved revenue management and demand simulation, and continued cost discipline, in addition to Investments in operational systems and digital capabilities.
