“The Race to Dubai” .. Otaegui, the third “Heinen Classic” of golf

The representative of Emirati golf, Adrian Otaegui, won third place in the Chinese Haining Classic Championship, one of the rounds of the “Race to Dubai” series, after he finished the competition with a score of 15 strokes under par, recording his best achievement.
Otaegui strengthened his position in the world rankings for the race, occupying 27th place with a total of 417 points, confirming his continuation among the elite of international golfers. American Jordan Gomberg was crowned champion after his brilliance at Mission Hill Club with a score of 19 shots under par, one shot ahead of Spaniard Jorge Campello, adding 585 points to his score in the “Race to Dubai.”
The “Race to Dubai” competitions continue their global tours, with the final qualifiers being held in the Emirates, with the best 70 players qualifying for the Abu Dhabi Championship at Yas Links during the period from 5 to 8 November 2026, before determining the best 50 players to proceed to the DB World Tour Championship at Jumeirah Estates Golf Club from 12 to 15 November 2026.
