One of the deceased’s neighbors revealed features of her daily life, stressing that she was keen to help others, as she used to feed industrialists and workshop workers from her koshari cart, in addition to collecting donations to contribute to the construction of mosques.
He added that the late artist was known among the people of her region for her kindness and constant endeavor to do good, noting that she was never late in helping anyone in need.
For his part, the artist’s son explained that his mother suffered from deteriorating health in recent days, before she died inside her home without being taken to the hospital.
He pointed out that the funeral prayer will be held at noon the next day at the Al-Shuhadaa Mosque in the Shubra area, in the expected presence of her fans and colleagues in the artistic community.
Fatima Koshary is one of the distinctive faces in artistic works, as she is famous for her simple roles that are close to the audience, in addition to her remarkable human presence off the screen.
