The Municipality of Dhahran City launched an environmental event in the basil garden, during which kindergarten children were involved in planting flowers, with the aim of planting The field initiative, which contributed to creating a rich environment that combined direct learning paths with an enjoyable entertainment aspect.
Developing the spirit of teamwork
This participation reflected a remarkable success in developing the spirit of Teamwork among young participants, and providing them with the opportunity to learn practically about the basics of agriculture and the importance of sustainable care for plants.
The mayor of Dhahran, Engineer Faisal Al-Qahtani, explained that this step comes in the context of continuous support for community activities aimed at developing behaviors and cognitive abilities.
Al-Qahtani stressed the municipality’s endeavor to establish positive practices among children, and motivate them early to effectively contribute to programs for preserving the environment and protecting its natural resources.
