Solidarity Bahrain continues to enhance the safe work environment and continuity of services

Solidarity Bahrain, one of the largest insurance companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and a subsidiary of Solidarity Holding Group, organized field visits to a number of its branches, in the presence of the CEO of Solidarity Holding Group and the CEO of Solidarity Bahrain.

These visits took place within the framework of Solidarity management’s keenness to ensure the safety of employees, enhance direct communication with them, and ensure to continue providing distinguished services to the satisfaction of customers during the current situation.

During these visits, Solidarity’s management confirmed that employee safety is the company’s top priority, as its employees represent the basic pillar of business continuity and providing the best services to customers.

The visits also included reviewing the readiness of the branches and the progress of operational processes, in addition to inspecting the level of digital services provided within the branches, including the video insurance service, as part of the company’s keenness to develop the customer experience and enhance digital solutions.

The management praised the employees’ efforts and readiness in light of the current challenges, and their vital role in maintaining the level of service, stressing the importance of continuing to provide integrated services that combine operational efficiency and digital innovation.
