Rashid bin Humaid chairs the 10th annual general meeting "Eames Group"
Ajman, April 8 / WAM / The General Assembly of Ames Group LLC was held. Its tenth annual meeting, chaired by Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Municipality and Planning Department – Ajman, and in the presence of members of the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Director, and the Chief Financial Officer – Chief Operating Officer of the company.
Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi said at the beginning of the meeting that the past year represented an important milestone in the company’s journey, which was able to achieve remarkable growth in its operational performance, praising its sustainable efforts to raise operating efficiency and achieve the best.
He explained that the company recorded a growth in revenues of 34%, reaching 314.91 million dirhams in 2025, compared to 235.13 million dirhams in 2024.
He stressed that EMS will work to modernize the vehicle fleet to keep pace with the large projects it is implementing, according to a comprehensive and integrated plan.
During the meeting, the General Assembly discussed the agenda, in addition to approving the annual report and discussing the financial statements for last year, the auditor’s report, in addition to approving the appointment of the external auditor for the new year 2026.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi directed the completion of files related to sustainable improvement to achieve the best results.
