Trump announces a 10-day ceasefire agreement between Lebanon and the occupying state

US President Donald Trump, that Lebanon and the occupying state agreed to a 10-day ceasefire starting Thursday night, more than a month after the outbreak of confrontation between the occupation and Hezbollah against the backdrop of the war in the Middle East.

Trump wrote on his Truth Social platform: "I have just had excellent discussions with the distinguished Lebanese President Joseph Aoun and Benjamin Netanyahu"adding that they "They agreed that in order to achieve peace between their countries, they would formally begin a ten-day ceasefire starting at 5 p.m. EST.
