المملكة: "Jeddah Municipality" Launches an initiative to develop the mobile food truck system and enhance municipal creativity

The Municipality of Jeddah Governorate launched a qualitative initiative aimed at developing the mobile food cart system by adopting modern methods that contribute to improving the urban landscape and improving the quality of life. The initiative relies on interactive surveys targeting cart owners, residents and suppliers to build a realistic vision that supports community participation in shaping the future of this vital sector, ensuring the provision of advanced services that keep pace with the aspirations of visitors and beneficiaries in the Bride of the Red Sea.
The Municipality explained that it will use the results of these surveys to launch specialized competitions and hackathons to support creativity. Municipal Council through platforms that allow the sharing of innovative solutions and ideas that are actually applicable, noting the implementation of field tours in cooperation with the Agency for Services and the General Administration for Social Responsibility with the participation of a volunteer team working to educate vehicle owners and patrons about the importance of participating in the electronic survey and motivating them to contribute to the development of this investment and tourism experience.
The Secretariat indicated that the initiative comes within the efforts of the Agency for Strategy and Institutional Excellence to transform creative ideas into real opportunities that raise the satisfaction rate of beneficiaries and support innovation in municipal work based on Data, as she called on all those interested to participate via the designated link, stressing that these contributions will form the basic basis for building future initiatives aimed at organizing the sector and providing a wider space for creativity that serves the urban and social environment in the city.
