295.7 million riyals final zakat differences on “ground services” over 9 years
The Saudi Ground Services Company took over "Ground services"The final zakat assessment letters issued by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority for the fiscal years from 2015 AD until 2023 AD.
The company said in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"With reference to the initial summary financial statements for the period ending September 30, 2025 AD (Note No. 12), the company was in the final stages of completing these assessments.
It explained that after intensive efforts and constructive cooperation between the company’s management and the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, the final assessments were issued with a total difference amounting to 295,734,716.54 riyals, and the company approved them while reserving its right to Objection to some items.
The company reported that it has sufficient allocations to cover these differences in its financial statements.
