Al-Arabi announces the formation of the audit committee for the new council session

The Arab National Bank announced today, Sunday, the appointment of members of the Audit Committee for the new session of the Board, which began on April 1, 2026, and for a period of 3 years, ending on March 31, 2029.

According to a statement on "Saudi Arabia trading"Thamer Al-Wadaei was appointed Chairman of the Audit Committee, and Muhammad Al-Bawardi and Abdullah Al-Anzi were appointed members of the Committee.

The company explained that it obtained a non-objection from the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia (SAMA) for the aforementioned appointments, on April 19, 2026.
