The Specialized Medical Company (SMC Healthcare) announced that it received a notice dated May 18, 2026, from… "Al-Thamad Trading"one of the company’s major shareholders, regarding the reorganization of ownership of its stake in the company.

According to a statement on "Saudi Arabia trading"The company’s share is "Al-Thamad" 35,344,925 shares, representing 14.13%, will be transferred to the investment portfolios of individual owners in Al Thammad Trading Company, after meeting all regulatory requirements issued by the Capital Market Authority and other relevant regulatory bodies.
