المملكة: With a thousand smart signs.. "Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques" Launches a package of technical solutions to measure the satisfaction of the guests of God
Declared The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque Launching a package of advanced smart solutions to measure beneficiaries’ satisfaction with the service system provided in the Two Holy Mosques, as part of its continuing efforts to develop the experience of visitors and pilgrims and improve the quality of services during the Hajj season 1447 AH.
The authority explained that the project includes creating an advanced technical control panel to manage acrylic signs supported by near-field communication (NFC) chips, allowing the collection and analysis of immediate data about the level of Beneficiary satisfaction, through digital interactive points distributed in multiple strategic locations inside the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque.
Accurate performance indicators
The project’s operational plan indicated that it includes the supply and installation of 1,000 smart signs supported by NFC technology, which were distributed by 650 signs in the Grand Mosque and 350 signs in the Prophet’s Mosque, to cover the main services and quick gains provided to visitors, which contributes to providing accurate performance indicators that reflect the quality of work. The Authority added that the technical system includes developing an integrated operating interface and a control panel linked to the digital questionnaires system, in addition to identifying the most appropriate locations for installing these signs, activating the segments and operating them in the field, and conducting the necessary technical tests to ensure the efficiency of broadcasting and continuous operation without interruption.
The Authority stressed that this initiative represents a qualitative step towards employing modern technologies and digital transformation in measuring the satisfaction of beneficiaries directly, in a way that supports decision makers, raises the efficiency of shared services, and enhances the experience of the pilgrims in the country. The Two Holy Mosques, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
