With the exception of two states, America recorded the second warmest spring in its history this year

Saw Texas had the warmest spring on record in 132 years of records.
Snow Accumulation Reduced
The contiguous United States (that is, all US states except Alaska and Hawaii) also experienced its worst early drought since 1988, between January and May, according to NOAA.
The administration reported that more than 58% of the contiguous United States was still experiencing drought conditions in early June.
In the western United States, the winter was particularly harsh, as 8 out of 11 states in the region recorded their warmest winter ever, which led to a record decrease in snow accumulation in the mountains with the beginning of spring, a situation that raises serious concern for the authorities.
On the other hand, Hawaii witnessed its wettest spring ever in 36 years of records, as the island received more than twice the average rainfall for the season, and Alaska witnessed its coldest spring since 2013.
