“Takween”: Marwan Jreige as acting CEO, succeeding “Majed Nofal”

Today, the Board of Directors of Takween Advanced Industries Company agreed to accept the resignation submitted by Majid Nofal from the position of CEO of the company.

The company said in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"Acceptance of the resignation is effective as of June 30 of this year.

The Board approved the appointment of Marawan Jreij as Acting CEO as of 07/01/2026.
