6 Western countries impose sanctions on Israeli individuals and organizations

Declared Britain, Canada, France, Norway, New Zealand and Australia announced new coordinated sanctions against Israeli networks that contributed to financing settler violence in The occupied West Bankand its facilitation and implementation.

A joint statement issued today by the foreign ministers of the six countries stated that these steps aim to hold extremist settlers accountable for the horrific levels of their violence against Palestinian civilians, urging the Israeli entity to take measures to ensure real accountability for the violence in the West Bank.

The joint statement threatened to take further measures if the Israeli government does not take urgent steps to address the situation on the ground.
