Her Excellency added: The program comes within the framework of our keenness to support media and creative talents and provide them with the knowledge and skills necessary to produce qualitative cultural content that reflects the specificity of our society and culture, and contributes to highlighting the cultural image of Dubai and the Emirates to the world, keeping pace with the rapid transformations in the digital environment and enhancing the presence of meaningful and influential content.
Her Excellency said that the rapid transformations taking place in the digital landscape impose on cultural content makers a double responsibility, which is to achieve a balance between keeping pace with technological development and preserving the authenticity of the cultural message. We believe that investing in young talent and empowering them with the tools of creative storytelling and digital innovation is an investment in the future of culture and media together.
