Three Umrah permits

The category of Umrah pilgrims who obtained three Umrah permits came in second place with a total of 75,008 permits, including 38,337 permits for men and 36,671 permits for women, equivalent to about 12.7% of the total.

The groups with the highest frequency recorded gradually lower numbers, as the number of permits issued to those who performed Umrah four times reached about 17,858 permits, while the number decreased to 7,404 permits for those who repeated Umrah five times during the year.

Repeated Umrah performance

The statistics reveal the continued demand for repeated Umrah performance by both genders, with men maintaining a limited numerical superiority, while the numbers showed a female presence. It is noteworthy, especially in categories with high repetition rates, which reflects women’s growing benefit from digital and organizational services that have facilitated the procedures for issuing permits and performing rituals.
