"Palm trees" Launching the new phase of the project "Palm Central"
Dubai, June 24 / WAM / Nakheel, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding Properties, announced the launch of the new phase of the “Palm Central Private Residences” project on “Palm Jebel Ali”, amid the continued increase in demand for beach residences on “The Palm”.
The new phase includes 222 residential units distributed over three buildings, and its launch comes following the great demand witnessed by the initial launch of the project in October 2025.
Within the framework of the broader master plan, the destination will include a shopping center extending over an area of 9,000 square meters and a mosque that can accommodate about 1,000 worshipers.
The Palm Jebel Ali project extends over a distance of 13.4 km and includes seven interconnected islands and a beach extending over a distance of more than 90 km.
