China: More than 600,000 people evacuated as the hurricane approaches "Buffy"


Today, the Chinese authorities evacuated more than 600,000 people in Zhejiang and Fujian provinces, as Hurricane "Buffy" From the coast of eastern China, where it is expected to make landfall near the city of Wenzhou during the early hours of tomorrow, Sunday.

Official media reported that evacuations included more than half a million people in Zhejiang province, in addition to more than 100,000 people in Fujian province, as part of precautionary measures to confront the hurricane, which still poses a danger due to the heavy rains that accompany it, although its intensity has gradually decreased.
