America to Iran: Any hostile behavior in the Strait of Hormuz will have dire consequences

The United States of America sent messages to Iran through intermediaries, warning against targeting freedom of navigation in The Strait of Hormuz.

Sources confirmed to Al Arabiya that America warned Iran through mediators that it would not remain silent regarding any attack against freedom of navigation, as Washington demanded that Tehran make written and declared pledges not to target tankers again.

The sources explained that Washington warned Tehran against "Serious consequences" Regarding any hostile behavior in the Strait of Hormuz, stressing that "Any hostile behavior on any path in Bermuz will have dire consequences"

According to the sources, Washington confirmed that Iran’s lack of response means military escalation against it.
