المملكة: Watch.. Airplanes accompany the French President’s plane in the Kingdom’s airspace
French President Emmanuel Macron and his accompanying delegation arrived in Riyadh this evening, on a visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and participating in the “One Water” summit.
Receiving the French President in Riyadh
He was received at King Khalid International Airport by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of the Riyadh Region, and the Minister of Commerce, Dr. Majid Al-Qasabi.
His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister – may God protect him – also received at Al Yamamah Palace in Riyadh the President of the French Republic, Emmanuel Macron.
An official reception ceremony was held for Their Excellency, and His Highness held an extensive meeting with the French President.


Visit of the French President to Saudi Arabia
The visit of French President Emmanuel Macron to the Kingdom reflects the French government’s appreciation for His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister – may God protect him.
It is also an appreciation of the Kingdom’s political and economic standing, its weight and its pivotal role at the international level, and the keenness of the leaders of major countries to consult with the wise leadership – may God protect them – about the latest developments in regional and international events.
Also, the importance of the visit of the President of France to the Kingdom and his meeting with His Highness the Crown Prince – may God protect him – lies in its coincidence with the developments the situation in the Gaza Strip and Lebanon is witnessing in the region, which requires consultation and coordination of efforts between the leaderships of the two countries in a way that enhances the security and stability of the region.
