Oil prices are declining and Brent is recording $71.74 per barrel

Oil prices fell slightly amid mixed signals in the market on Tuesday, as traders awaited the outcome of the OPEC+ meeting this week.
Brent crude futures fell nine cents, or 0.13 percent, to $71.74 per barrel.
US West Texas Intermediate crude fell 14 cents, or 0.21 percent, to $67.96.
