The artist Nourhan said about her absence from the artistic scene that I was present, but I was interested in being with my family and being next to my son at this stage, and I felt that I had presented a number of artistic works that had satisfied the viewers.

During her appearance as a guest on the One People program with Dr. Amr El-Laithi on Al-Hayat screen, that after completing the series “Hajj Metwally” There was a lot of artistic pressure on me to participate in a number of drama series, and I decided at that time to devote myself to my private life, my family, and my son, because I was deprived of social life due to the pressure of artistic work.

I continued that I was absent from the artistic scene for six years, while I was raising my son, and I made many social relationships and became close to God and understood myself. I turned to teaching drama and theater to children and created my own project for this matter in order to train children, and I have a work team that helps me and I train children on how to succeed in Life through dramatic and theatrical work.

Regarding her decision to stay away from art, did she regret this decision? She replied, “I did not regret it, and that when I returned, I was in a number of works, including The Gift of the Crow Man, Ibn Halal, and One Thousand and One Nights. I am always busy with my family and son, as well as my artistic works, and during my hiatus I did not lose my enthusiasm for During this period, I was passionate and loved art, but I was teaching and training with children, and I won awards. 

I explained that I was an only girl and my mother was keen on my success and that I was distinguished in the arts, and they trained me in music and I was a graduate of a nuns’ school. I was introverted and I started in art through children’s programs in Maspero and the first dramatic work One Thousand and One Nights.
