After this date, it is appointed with a minimum of 150 pounds per month, and this bonus is part of the basic wage of the worker, and it is included as of July 1, 2025. The job, and if this bonus is granted in a percentage of the basic wage, then these workers are granted as of July 1, 2025 special allowances calculated on the basis of the difference between the percentage stipulated in the previous paragraph; The percentage on the basis of the annual periodic allowance, and the value of the special allowance for the basic wage of each of them is included. EGP, and this incentive benefits from the one who is appointed by employees or employees after this date, and this incentive is part of the complementary wage or the changing wage of each of them according to the circumstances. Permanent employees and workers with comprehensive rewards, public positions and fixed linking within the Arab Republic of Egypt whose financial credits are included in the budget, and those who are organized for special laws or regulations are regulated, as well as workers in public service bodies and public economic bodies. With it, as of July 1, 2025, a scholarship that is spent monthly, from its own budgets, the difference between the percentage of the periodic annual bonus established for them, and the percentage of the special allowance established for workers in the state who are not addressing the provisions of the civil service law referred to, according to the text of the second article of this law as a maximum, and this grant is calculated according to the same rules that these companies are calculated on the basis of the periodic annual bonus of them This grant is included for the basic wage, and it is disbursed as a cut amount. Previous; The worker’s income is added to the difference, bringing the total of what it gets monthly to the amount of (۷۰۰۰) pounds, and the competent ministers set the rules for the application of the provisions of this paragraph. The pension due to the worker for himself, bearing in mind that if the age of the worker is less than the age scheduled for the end of the service; It deserves the special allowance, if this allowance is less than the increase in the pension; The pension is the amount of the difference between them, but if the worker has reached the age for the end of the service; He deserved the increase in the pension, and if the increase in the pension is less than the bonus, the difference between them is entitled to the authority in which he works. The decisions necessary to implement the provisions of Article Five of this law. Article Eight stipulates that this law be worked out from July 1, 2025.
