Urgent move from the House of Representatives on the old rental law
The Speaker of the House of Representatives referred to the relevant committees the two draft laws submitted by the government, the first: regarding some provisions related to the laws of renting places, and the second: amending some provisions of Law No. 4 of 1996 regarding the validity of the provisions of civil law on places that have ended or expired contracts without anyone having the right to stay in.

By conducting a societal dialogue on the two draft laws to listen to the visions of all related parties. With a full opportunity for owners and tenants to express their opinions and attitudes towards the two draft laws with the utmost clarity and transparency.
& nbsp; Citizens, saying: This law will only come out of the council in a balanced legislative form that guarantees the rights of both parties to the rental relationship and achieve justice between them.
