“Operation Gallant Knight 3” in Al-Arish celebrates the 53rd Union Day

“Operation Gallant Knight 3” celebrated the 53rd Union Day of the UAE, in the city of Al-Arish, in the presence of His Excellency Major General Dr. Khaled Mujawar, Governor of North Sinai.

The ceremony began with the playing of the national anthems of the United Arab Emirates and the Arab Republic of Egypt. The ceremony was attended by a number of officials in Al-Arish and residents of the city.

In his speech, Mr. Ahmed Khamis Al Shamsi welcomed the guests for joining the UAE in celebrating this national occasion, stressing that Union Day represents an occasion dear to everyone’s hearts, in which we renew our pledge to continue the construction process.

The Emirati Floating Hospital also organized a celebration on the occasion of the 53rd Union Day, attended by Emirati and Indonesian medical staff and Palestinian patients receiving treatment at the hospital.

The celebrations included a video showing the history and achievements of the UAE, entertainment and heritage activities, and gifts for Palestinian patients and people from Al-Arish born on December 2.
