The State Public Prosecution reviews its experience in artificial intelligence

Yesterday, the State Public Prosecution hosted, at its headquarters in Abu Dhabi, an official meeting, which included a number of officials from the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the General Authority for Islamic Affairs, Endowments and Zakat, in the presence of the Attorney General of the Federation, Counselor Dr. Hamad Saif Al Shamsi, the Minister of State and Secretary General of the Council of Ministers, Maryam bint Ahmed Al Hammadi, the President of the General Authority for Islamic Affairs, Endowments and Zakat, Dr. Omar Habtoor Al-Darai, and the Assistant Attorney General at the State Public Prosecution, Counselor Sultan. Ibrahim Abdullah Al-Juwai’ad, Assistant Minister of Cabinet Affairs for Government Knowledge Exchange, Muhammad bin Taliah, along with a number of members of the judiciary and leaders of the State Public Prosecution.

During the meeting, the State Public Prosecution reviewed its constitutionally and legally stipulated role and powers within the criminal justice system, and the responsibilities it assumes in establishing the rule of law and initiating criminal proceedings.

The audience learned about the experience of the State Public Prosecution in digital transformation, and the use of artificial intelligence techniques in developing judicial work, raising the efficiency of procedures, and enhancing the quality of decisions and services, within an institutional framework that preserves legal guarantees and dedicates human responsibility in the exercise of judicial jurisdiction.

The meeting dealt with enhancing cooperation and institutional coordination, and exchanging experiences between participating entities, in a way that supports the integration of government roles, raises the efficiency of institutional work, and contributes to consolidating a more integrated and effective government system.
