147 government services provided through artificial intelligence technologies

Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy, and Remote Work Applications, Omar Sultan Al Olama, said that the UAE is working diligently to adopt artificial intelligence in government services, noting that the total number of government services provided through “artificial intelligence” technologies has reached 147 government services so far. He stressed, during his response to a parliamentary question at the Federal National Council session today, Wednesday, that the Ministry is working to encourage and follow up on federal and local government agencies to adopt artificial intelligence techniques in government services, and to improve the customer experience by understanding customers’ behavior and preferences using artificial intelligence, indicating that artificial intelligence has With the potential to generate up to 335 billion dirhams, achieving this will be stimulated by supporting pilot projects in sectors where such intervention can create the greatest amount of economic or social value.
