His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, affirmed that “Dubai’s international reputation today is a natural result of its fast services… and its open work environment that cares about people.”

His Highness added on the “X” platform, “Brother Mohammed Al Marri, Director General of Dubai Residency, I have received good news about him… in terms of receiving visitors… clearing humanitarian and exceptional transactions… his continuous presence with the public… and his office is open to everyone.”

His Highness continued: On the same day, I also received news about three general managers in Dubai… who made large offices for themselves… and placed managers, secretaries and building security in front of their doors… and prevented people from entering or reaching them under the pretext that the government is smart… and the transactions are digital. …and websites are the ones that receive people’s needs and address their issues.

He said: I directed the secret shopper team to submit a report to me about all departments, adding: My message and will to everyone… the secret of our success is serving people… facilitating their lives… and maintaining continuous communication with them… these are our governmental principles… we have not changed them, and whoever thinks we have changed… we will change them.

His Highness added: Over 30 years of government development journey, we have established the culture of open doors for people…but rather the culture of no doors for people.
