Kia strengthens its presence in the Saudi market by expanding its network and providing an advanced customer experience

Kia Middle East and Africa announced the opening of a new showroom for the National Marketing Company (NMC) in Riyadh. This step is of particular importance, as it represents a significant achievement within the framework of the dual distributor strategy adopted with Al Jabr Automotive Company, which was specifically designed to ensure wider access to Kia models and provide distinguished customer service throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This expansion step also confirms Kia’s firm commitment to strengthening its position and spread in the Saudi market in line with the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

The new Al Ahlia Marketing Company showroom in Riyadh will contribute to enhancing Kia’s efforts, which focus on providing customers with innovative automotive solutions and exceptional service. With the presence of 16 showrooms under the management of the National Marketing Company (NMC), in addition to 34 locations of Al Jabr Company, Kia has succeeded in enhancing the scope of its presence and spread in the Saudi market. This joint combined network reflects the growth of the brand, as it started with 37 facilities in 2022 to reach 50 by 2024, as it continues its expansion plans, and aims to exceed the limits of 60 locations by 2025, which will enhance the accessibility of the models. Kia, quality and quality of services.

In addition to its expansion plans, Kia has established dedicated delivery centers throughout the Kingdom, with the aim of coordinating and simplifying vehicle logistical operations and improving delivery times. This initiative is coupled with the involvement of “Genius Product” experts in the showrooms, who provide customers with personalized demonstrations of their innovative products and provide in-depth consultations to enrich their showroom experience.
