The memorandum serves to enrich cultural dialogue and preserve national identity, expand the scope of mutual knowledge and complete understanding of the culture of both countries, and focus on the role of cultural dialogue in preserving national identity and strengthening common relations in cultural fields and files.
The memorandum stipulates the exchange of cultural information and other issues of common interest.
