المملكة: 100 thousand riyals, a penalty of violation of the Hajj systems and instructions
The Ministry stated in its statement: in preparation for the Hajj season 1446 AH and to preserve the safety of the pilgrims of the Sacred House of God; And enabling them to perform their duty in secret, secrecy and reassurance. Today, the Ministry of Interior announced penalties for violators of instructions to obtain a permit to perform the Hajj.
A fine of up to 20 thousand riyals is punished with each of the following:
– Whoever sets a performer or attempt to perform the pilgrimage without permission.
2- Whoever holds all kinds of visas of all kinds, or tries to do, enter the city of Makkah Al-Mukarramah and the holy sites or stay in them starting from the (first) day of the month of Dhu al-Qi’dah until the end of the day (14) of the month of Dhu al-Hijjah.
A financial fine of up to 100 thousand riyals is punished with each of the following:-
Whoever applied for a visa to visit all kinds of all kinds to a person who has or tried to perform the Hajj without a permit. Or enter the city of Makkah Al -Mukarramah and to the holy feelings, or stay in them from the first day of the month of Dhu al -Qi’dah until the end of the 14th day of the month of Dhu al -Hijjah.
Many fines are multiple people whose visit visa has been released of all kinds. And they or tried to perform the pilgrimage without permit or enter the city of Makkah Al -Mukarramah and for the sacred feelings or stay in them.
