The Board of Directors of “Jaco” approves the 5-year strategic plan

At its meeting yesterday, the Board of Directors of Al-Qassim Investment Holding Company approved the new five-year strategic plan.
According to the company’s statement on, the plan is scheduled to be launched at the beginning of the year 2025 AD and to complete its implementation until 2030 AD.

Strategy objectives

This strategy aims to strengthen the company’s position as a preferred investment option in the Kingdom.
The goals include: Effective contribution to achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
This comes through diversifying investments into promising sectors and raising growth rates in revenues and profits.
Through this plan, the company seeks to build a diversified investment portfolio that ensures sustainable growth and added value for its shareholders.
The plan relies on strategic partnerships with an elite group of experts and competencies qualified to implement the strategy.
It includes full commitment to the highest standards of governance and transparency.
The strategy includes three main stages:
1. The first stage – restructuring (improvement and support):
At this stage, the company is focusing on enhancing the value of its shareholders by restructuring its investment portfolio.
It invests mainly in existing and successful companies through acquisition.
This supports sustainable growth and expansion of its business.
2. Phase Two – Specialized Investment and Growth:
During this phase the company continues to operate as a diversified holding company.
It focuses on specific and promising sectors, with the aim of building internal expertise and maximizing the added value from the presence of Al-Qassim Company as a strategic investor.
This stage also includes the acquisition of existing companies with promising growth opportunities.
3. The third stage – expansion and diversification based on internal knowledge:
At this stage, the company is moving towards more comprehensive growth, through the acquisition of existing companies.
It includes investing in promising emerging companies.
Jaco’s plan includes establishing new projects.
This stage is based on knowledge and innovation, which enhances the company’s position as a diversified holding company capable of continuous development.
