Recovering some of its losses… Wall Street begins trading at an increase
Shares opened higher on Monday, recovering some losses during a rare turbulent week for the market.

The benchmark index recorded its last series of records a week ago.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 54 points, or 0.2%, while the Nasdaq Composite rose 0.5%.
American indices
Shares of Broadcom, a semiconductor manufacturer, rose.
This came after it exceeded Wall Street’s profit targets and gave encouraging forecasts, highlighting its artificial intelligence products.
Thursday transactions
At the end of trading on Thursday, the main stock indices on the American Wall Street Stock Exchange closed lower.
The Standard & Poor’s 500 index fell by 32.49 points, reaching 6,051.70 points.
The Nasdaq Composite Index fell 132.05 points, recording 19,902.84 points at close.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average also fell by 232.32 points, ending the session at 43,916.24 points.
