Calculating the fluctuation rate for “Savola” stock based on the price of 27.80 riyals

Last Thursday, the Extraordinary General Assembly of the Savola Group approved the reduction of the group’s capital.
Accordingly, the fluctuation rate for the group’s shares will be calculated based on the price of 27.80 riyals, and existing orders will be cancelled.
Trading in the group’s shares will be suspended based on the listing rules for a period of two working days, starting today, Sunday, 12/15/2024 AD.
It noted that the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) implemented the reduction of the group’s shares in shareholders’ investment portfolios.
The suspension of trading in Savola Group shares will be lifted at the end of trading tomorrow, Monday.
