Meat prices fall in Saudi Arabia within a month… and an increase in “chilled lamb”

Meat prices in Saudi Arabia decreased last November, on a monthly basis, while imported chilled lamb alone rose.
The Averages and Services Bulletin issued by the Statistics Authority showed that the price of fresh beef recorded 51.41 riyals per kilo, decreasing by 0.9% on a monthly basis.

The price of fresh lamb reached 66.38 riyals per kilo, declining on a monthly basis by 1.9%.
Last November, the price of fresh camel meat decreased by 1.4% on a monthly basis, recording 53.36 riyals per kilo.
The price of imported chilled lamb increased by 1.4% on a monthly basis, recording 52.51 riyals per kilo last November.
The cost of cooking a carcass last November amounted to 294.42 riyals, an increase of 0.7% on a monthly basis.
