Fuel prices drop for July

The Gasoline and Diesel Prices Monitoring Committee approved fuel prices for the month of July 2026, where prices recorded a decline compared to last month, with an average decline of about 54 fils per liter for gasoline, and about 73 fils per liter for diesel, in a reflection of the changes that global markets witnessed during the last period.

The new prices are as follows:

– Super 98 gasoline: 3.40 dirhams per litre.

-Private gasoline 95: 3.29 dirhams per litre.

E-Plus 91 gasoline: 3.21 dirhams per litre.

Diesel: 3.60 dirhams per litre.

The new decrease contributes to reducing operating costs in a number of economic sectors, especially transportation and logistics services, and also reflects positively on vehicle users and businesses related to transportation movement and supply chains.

The UAE has implemented a monthly fuel pricing mechanism since 2015 based on average global prices for oil and its derivatives, ensuring that it keeps pace with international changes and is reflected in local prices in a transparent and balanced manner.

The monthly adjustment of prices reflects the state’s commitment to implementing a flexible and transparent pricing mechanism that keeps pace with global changes, which contributes to enhancing the efficiency of markets, supporting the competitiveness of the business environment, and consolidating confidence in the energy system and the national economy.
