“Community Medical” signs a memorandum of understanding to cooperate in establishing urgent care centers

Today, the Leading Community Medical Company signed a (non-binding) memorandum of understanding with Talal Saleh Bakr Qutb Medical Center Company.
The company said in a statement on the Saudi Tadawul: The memorandum aims to explore ways of cooperation in the field of establishing urgent care centers.
She added that the duration of the memorandum is one calendar year from the date of its signing. This memorandum does not represent any obligation on the two parties to enter into a future agreement and is not renewed except by a written agreement between the two parties. It ends automatically upon signing a final contract or agreement between the two parties or upon termination of this memorandum by One of the two parties.
The duration of this memorandum may be extended for additional periods based on the express written consent of both parties.
