The Saudi Council of Ministers confirms the Kingdom’s condemnation of Israel’s attacks on Syrian territory

 The Council of Ministers stressed the Kingdom’s continued efforts to embody the independent Palestinian state.  The Council indicated that the Kingdom’s accession to the International Alliance to Combat Hunger and Poverty comes in line with its global pioneering role in this aspect through the programs of the King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid, And the Saudi Fund for Development, in addition to its contributions to the initiatives of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank to support developing countries.

 The Council of Ministers noted the achievements of the International Conference on Conjoined Twins, which was held In Riyadh; A tangible success that highlighted the Kingdom’s leadership role in this field, and its medical excellence in line with the goals of (Vision 2030) aimed at developing the health sector and raising its quality and efficiency.

 The Council expressed the Kingdom’s aspiration to strengthen its position among developed countries. In the biotechnology sector and its development, praising in this context what was included in the “Riyadh International Summit for Medical Biotechnology.” In its (third) version; Outputs that will contribute – with God’s help – to achieving the goals of the national strategy in this field.

 The Minister of Information stated that the Council of Ministers expressed praise for what was included in the international pharmaceutical exhibition held in Riyadh; Of agreements and launches worth more than (10) billion riyals to localize genetic therapies and support the production of biopharmaceuticals and vaccines, thus enhancing the Kingdom’s global leadership in health innovation.

 The Council welcomed the adoption by member states of the World Intellectual Property Organization " Riyadh Design Law Treaty" Which will contribute to opening new horizons for international cooperation, and establishing legal foundations that support innovation and creativity at the global level.

 The Council of Ministers promised that during the current and last years the Kingdom obtained a number of upgrades in its credit rating from international agencies; Emphasizing the continuation of its economic efforts and reforms, and the adoption of financial policies that contributed to maintaining financial sustainability and enhanced the efficiency of financial planning and the strength and durability of the financial position.
