A subsidiary of “Boan” receives a purchase order from Aramco worth 832 million riyals

Bawan Company announced that Petronash Arabia Limited (a subsidiary of Petronash Holding Company) received a purchase order today for an existing contract with Saudi Aramco to supply products for gas wells.
The company said in a statement on the Saudi Tadawul: The date of signing the contract is 01/03/2022.
She added that the value of the contract is approximately 832 million riyals.
She explained that the current purchase order is the third purchase order linked to a long-term contract with Saudi Aramco to supply special products for gas wells.
It stated that the delivery schedule for products for the purchase order starts from October 2025 until August 2026.
It is expected that the positive impact will be reflected in the company’s results during the years 2025 and 2026.
