Etihad Airways aims to operate 170 aircraft by 2030

“The carrier aims to operate more than 170 aircraft within its fleet by the year 2030, and to serve between 33 to 34 million passengers annually,” said Anton and Rivis.
Nevis said during a press conference held on the sidelines of the activities of the Arab Travel Market Exhibition 2025, today, that it is expected that the year 2025 will be the best operational in the date of the carrier, as it aims to transfer 21 million passengers this year, noting that “the carrier recorded a strong performance during the past two years, in terms of doubling the number of passengers to 20 million passengers and expanding the fleet to reach about 100 aircraft now.”
He said, “(Etihad Airways) seeks to strengthen its network and its destinations in conjunction with the growth of the fleet and the increase in the number of flights through the inauguration of 16 destinations.”
The CEO of “Etihad Airways”, on the occasion of the announcement of the launch of its all -new Airbus Airbus plane “A321LR”, which gives passengers on short and medium flights available on broad -body aircraft, said that “(A321LR) is an amazing plane and proves our superficial commitment to luxury and the experience of customers and communication.”
He added: “The A321LR plane represents a transformational point for (Etihad Airways) within the framework of our ambitious strategy for growth 2030, which is to double the size of our fleet, increase the number of guests three times, and launch 16 new destinations in 2025 alone.”
The A321lr plane offers a new first -class experience through two fully closed wings.
The first A321LR will enter the service on August 1, 2025, with 10 new aircraft join the fleet later in the year. The plane will take flights from Zayed International Airport in Abu Dhabi to destinations that include Algeria, Athens, Bangkok, Chennai, Xiang May, Copenhagen, Dusseldorf, Kolkata, Krabi, Midan, Milan, Paris, Bennah Benh, Bukit, Riyadh, Tunisia, and Zurich.
