An elite group of investors and officials in the real estate sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia visited the Al Murjan Jewel project in Durrat Al Bahrain

Within the framework of enhancing cooperation between the leading companies in the field of real estate development in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the keenness of the leadership of the two sister kingdoms to increase cooperation in various fields, especially economic ones, Durrat Al Bahrain and Vinci Real Estate Company, in cooperation with Masdar Real Estate Company, organized a special invitation to the CEO of the District Development Authority. Eastern Province, Engineer Omar bin Saleh Al-Abdullatif, and Vice President for Investment, Mohammed Al-Abdullah, in addition to a large group of businessmen, investors, and those interested in the real estate sector in the Eastern Province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Sister, to visit Durrat Al Bahrain Resort – the largest luxury residential resort in the Kingdom of Bahrain – and see closely the Jewel of Al Marjan project, the fourth phase of the resort.

They were received by a number of officials from Durrat Al Bahrain Company, and on the occasion of this visit, Abdul Hakim Yacoub Al Khayyat, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Durrat Al Bahrain Company, said: “The visit aimed to inform the brothers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia of the Durrat Al Bahrain project in general and the Jewel of Murjan project in particular, which is considered the most modern and luxurious.” Real estate projects in the region, adding quality in terms of designs, construction quality, and accuracy of details, especially what is distinguished by its amenities, complete relaxation, and family fun atmosphere, through touches A modern architecture designed according to the latest international standards that meets the needs of the Gulf family. The visit included a field tour of the resort and then a visit to the display villas of the Jewel of Murjan project, where visitors expressed their astonishment at the accuracy of the details of the interior and exterior designs that the project reflected, which provided them with a unique opportunity to explore the project’s aesthetics and quality on the ground.

It is worth noting that the Jewel of Murjan project represents the fourth phase of the Durrat Al Bahrain project, and consists of 200 luxury villas overlooking the sea, in addition to more than 1,200 villas representing the first three phases of the project. It is planned to begin construction operations at the beginning of next year, God willing.
