المملكة: National Water launches a comprehensive electronic guide for documenting meters
The National Water Company announced the allocation of an electronic page on its official website, which contains a comprehensive guide to documenting water meters.
This page aims to meet common customer inquiries about the documentation process, and its importance in linking meters to the national identity or residence, which contributes to enhancing the benefit from water services and raising the level of reliability of meters.
Steps to document meters
The National Water Company explained that the page includes a simplified explanation of the steps for documenting meters, in addition to answering questions such as “What is meter documentation?”, “Why should meters be documented?”, and “Where can meters be documented?”
The page also contains explanatory guides explaining how to authenticate meters through the available official channels.
The company confirmed that its official channels, including the unified call center (800 441 1110), are working around the clock to receive customer requests and provide the necessary support.
Improving the experience of beneficiaries
This comes within the framework of the “Adadi” initiative, which was launched by the Saudi Electricity and Water Regulatory Authority on October 15, 2024, with the aim of improving the beneficiaries’ experience by facilitating the communication process, ensuring the receipt of notifications, and improving the billing mechanism.
The company called on all customers, whether owners or tenants, to document the water meters in their properties, to preserve their rights and ensure full benefit from the water services provided.
